On June 3, we presented three new wines to the press, one of them very special for Anabela Tereso, owner of Quinta da Atela: a 2019 red with her name on it, Anabela Grande Reserva, a surprising tribute from consultant winemaker António Ventura.
Casa da Atela Castelão Vinhas Velhas 2021 and Casa da Atela Sauvignon Blanc 2023 were the other two references presented: a red from an old plot of Castelão, 75 years old, and a white 100% Sauvignon Blanc, Anabela Tereso's favorite.
After a visit to the estate and a wine tasting, chef Chakall prepared a meal carefully designed to harmonize with the wines being launched.
