Quinta da Atela, located in the Charneca terroir — one of the three main terroirs in the Tejo wine region, on the left bank of the river — boasts unique natural resources and soil and climate conditions highly suitable for the production of high-quality wines, including whites, reds, rosés, and sparkling wines.
Our wines are the product of experience and historical heritage, and the commitment of a modern and daring wine project, where cutting-edge technology is combined with the tradition of the winemaking process.
The mastery of the chief winemaker, António Ventura, and the excellent terroir conditions, create a premium wine range consisting of the baseline Quinta da Atela (whites, reds and liqueur wines), the varietals Casa da Atela (whites, reds, rosés and sparkling), Capela da Atela Aguardente Vínica Velhíssima XO 20 Anos (extra old brandy), and special editions such as La Belle de Jour and La Lys.
