Pudding made with Liqueur Wine
In partnership with the Professional School of Agriculture and Rural Development of Alcobaça, we developed a new gastronomic creation: Atela Pudding made with Liqueur Wine!
The representatives of Epadrc, Director Dr. Paula and Chef Carlos Silva, author of this creation, were present and presented two versions of the Atela Puddings for evaluation.
This project will be developed from September with the students of Cookery/Pastry.
For us it is always a pleasure to work with partnerships that develop and adapt new concepts.
